Hello, Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I do appreciate you and your consideration in employing me as your Colorado Springs Real Estate Broker, what a priviledge this is for me. I do realize how difficult it is to view through all of the website information available for realtors and to come away feeling safe and secure in your choice. I do realize that this is a huge decision and I want you to understand how much I value just that! Let me begin by expressing how much I adore living here in Colorado and in the City of Colorado Springs. This is a fantastic place to raise a family, work and play. With the most beautiful outdoor playground, fabulous educational opportunities, with being surrounded by parks and trails it is certainly hard not to fall in love with Colorado. Our backdrop here is Pikes Peak and all the stories that surround our Founding Fathers are graced with bravery, love of hard work and play! I moved here in 1985, at just 23 years old, from Northern California. I continued my college education at UCCS and began to build my life. I worked in property management and in the Memorial Health System for many years. I fell in love with Colorado Springs on my house hunting trip in 1985 while buying my first home and now continue to explore this area today finding new places and new friends, almost daily. I met my husband Brian here in 1990, he is a Colorado Springs City Firefighter/Paramedic as well as owning and operating a fantastic pizza store since 1984, American Pie Pizza Co.. We have two fantastic children that were born and raised right here in Colorado Springs. We are each active in sports with our favorites being baseball, softball, ice hockey, soccer, tumbling, lacrosse, hiking and cheerleading. We spend much summer time at a neighborhood swimming pool and we love our pets as part of our family. Not having to travel far to feel like you are on the best holiday imaginable is wonderful and I feel Colorado offers just this! I have been involved in buying and selling homes for many years and was finding homes for friends and family long before I was a licensed Real tate Broker. I enjoy the investment aspects of real estate, as well as the simple dream of putting your roots down and calling it home. After dabblingin Real Estate Investments fo years and now being licensed since 2004, I am truly finding such joy in the people I meet and hold so dear in my life. My clients are my business, there happiness and success my goal and their referrels a blessing and the heart of my practice. I am grateful. I am a solid referral based business and feel fortunate and flattered each time your trust comes my way. With a stellar record and continued strong business I do feel empowered by my clients.
